Washington Nationals Game Opportunity ⚾

Good Intentions Foundation is excited to offer a limited opportunity for current G.R.O.W.T.H. Program and Youth Advisory Council members to attend the Washington Nationals vs. Atlanta Braves game.

We will select up to 14 youth participants. Each selected youth may receive admission for the youth and one accompanying parent or guardian.

💚 Space is limited. Eligible youth will be selected based on the order in which completed interest forms are received.

💚 Completing this form does not guarantee tickets. Selected families will receive a separate confirmation from Good Intentions Foundation.

💚 One parent or guardian is expected to attend with each youth.

💚 If a parent or guardian cannot attend, the family may request an alternative drop-off and pick-up arrangement. This arrangement must be approved in advance by Good Intentions Foundation.

💚 Please complete this form only if the youth is available to attend on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

💚 If your family is selected and can no longer attend, please notify Good Intentions Foundation as soon as possible so the opportunity can be offered to another youth and family.
